City of Hermosa Beach: Surfer’s Walk of Fame Weekend

Each year Hermosa Beach holds a Surfer’s Walk of Fame Induction Ceremony to commemorate the newly chosen inductees. Each inducted surfer is acknowledged by the placement of their name engraved on bronze plaques embedded along the pier. The ceremony starts at 11:00 a.m. and is held on the Pier Plaza stage.

The Hermosa Beach Historical Society premieres new surf film “Chasing Unicorns” the day before on Friday April 28 at the Hermosa Beach Community Theatre. Doors open at 6:00 p.m.
