Vince Ray is a South Bay mainstay- besides acting as Director of the City of Hermosa Beach Surf Camp every summer, he is also the Surfing Santa who appears on the cover of the Easy Reader each December. His lifelong immersion in the surfing culture of the Beach Cities can also be found in his art.
