Ocean of Hope presents the South Bay movie premiere of A Date with The Strait, the incredible story of three prone paddleboarders who braved the roughly 150 mile paddle through the Bass Strait between Southern Australia and Tasmania. The Bass Strait, one of the most treacherous bodies of water in the world, with its exposure to the Southern Ocean and shallow depths, routinely causes problems for sailors on even the largest vessels, let alone a paddleboard.

We are also very proud to be starting the movie night with an amazing documentary film by Gage Hingeley about Ocean of Hope and the paddlers who dedicate themselves to the sea of people affected by cancer, so you do not want to miss this!
