Happy Harbor Halloween at the Port of Los Angeles: Saturday, October 25, 2014 - 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM

The Port of Los Angeles is holding two Happy Harbor Halloween festivals, featuring carnival-style games, crafts, music, face painting, storytelling and more. All are invited to dress in costume. In San Pedro, the event will be on the Promenade adjacent Harbor Boulevard between Third and Fifth streets. In Wilmington, the festival will be at Waterfront Park, 604 West C St. at the West Plaza Pavilion. 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday. Admission is free.
