South Bay L.A. 350 and CBE Action are excited to be hosting the only local candidate forum exclusively dedicated to discussing environmental issues and policies. Candidates from two key L.A. Harbor/South Bay area races Nanette Barragan (Congressional District 44) and Warren Furatani (State Senate District 35) will be in attendance. (Other candidates invites are pending.) This is NOT going to be forum with softball questions; candidates will be asked to outline their positions and platforms on a series of important environmental issues.
Doors open at 6:30 p.m. The Forum starts promptly at 7:00 p.m. Audience members will be given a chance to ask their own questions at the end of the forum.
