“These workouts are meant to challenge you, move you, and empower you through music and to-the-beat movement.”

You will receive a $15 Athleta Shop Card and 1 drink ticket upon arrival. A “Happy Hour” will follow the workout.
Location will be disclosed 4-5 hours before the event via email (hint: it is in the South Bay).
Details:
-The event location is in the South Bay and a 15 minute drive from Manhattan Beach.
-You will receive the location in an email 4-5 hours before the event.
-The workout will combine cardio dance movements and sculpting. Please bring a yoga mat.
-There will be a “happy hour” following the workout class.
-There are no cancellations or refunds 48 hours before this event.
