Don’t miss the 45th annual Bunka-Sai Japanese Cultural Festival at the Ken Miller Recreation Center in Torrance this weekend! The Torrance Sister City Association presents a jam-packed event with tea ceremonies, anime contest, traditional dancing, taiko wooden drum ensembles, Judo and Naginata exhibitions and much more.
