Event Description
The Riviera Village Holiday Stroll continues its tradition on the first Thursday after Thanksgiving. The Stroll kicks off at 5 p.m and ends at 9 p.m. on Thursday, December 5, 2019! The holiday parade begins 6pm, featuring marching bands from local schools. The parade route stages at Ave. I and S Elena, travels west down Ave. I, makes a left turn (south) onto Catalina, then finishes at the corner of Catalina and S Elena.
The Village takes on a cheerful holiday atmosphere with lights, decorations and festive music for your enjoyment as you stroll along the avenues, which are closed to street traffic, admiring the festooned store fronts. Come early to stake out your spot along the parade route.
Hug that jolly guy in the red suit, Santa Claus, at the corner of Catalina Avenue and Avenue I. With dozens and dozens of fashionable boutiques offering a wide variety of unique gift ideas, Riviera Village is the destination of choice for discerning shoppers.
